I'm not saying it was ascians... but it was ascians.

lol good try, the mustache/beard are the same but they have different hair styles. Lolorito has strands that flow down infront of his ear, different from Papashan's sideburns.

While i did enjoy all the voice over cs and like where the story is headed. I feel more and more used by everyone and i just keep on nodding away yes i'll help. Got to love all the politics going on with the leader of the city taking all the credit for sending small handful of man to help ishgard. Also love how no one really mention when ishgard request for help and said if ishgard fall who you think would be next? Like no one dare to say how about when dalamud was falling and a big dragon came out you did not bother to help?
I really wish i could make more choices in the storyline like when they was arresting me. I'm the warrior of light what are you handful class can do to my powerful SMN job? At this point i'm just making fun of it all but still i wish i could have kick there ass for trying.
Don't know about you all but i really hope 3.0 main storyline have long Voice-Over CS like this.

I agree, I know their costs would sore but it would be nice if our character could actually speak. I guess they would have to hire or re-hire the voice actors for the voice we chose. I would also love to have a choice, though that would be very complex as this could affect the outcome of their story. Our characters seem like nice puppets to me at times.While i did enjoy all the voice over cs and like where the story is headed. What I am curious about, and someone mentioned that Midgardsormr had barely a role in this crazy rollercoaster ride, is why he didn't have a much larger role. I was in a way a small bit disappointed Midgard did not reveal what he thought of our involvement with fighting for Ishgard. However Midgardsormr is pretty smart an maybe he also realizes that if the dragons destroy Ishgard there will be the Garleans knocking on his door again.
What he says at the end (after the credits) is portents of our future once we arrive in Ishgard? Looks like we are in for some rather dark times.

Of the scions, what became of Hoary Boulder, and that guy with the eye patch? Will that paladin from the Paladin quest line return to Uldah for lv 55 and lv 60? What is Uldahs relationship with other nations now? What of Cartenau and the Omega Weapon? Will we be able to challenge Tataru to triple triad? Does it make it look like Tataru eyeing us up with that smile if we went to Costa del soul in swim wear? Did she ever make those charms? How did Porom ..er. Alisaie know about the plot in Uldah and get everything needed for our escape done in advance? Did we exit through the waterways dungeon from 1.0? Urianger Augurelt ... Urianger Augurelt should have gone outside more often. Was that lala gladiator's hair style npc only? Will he prove size doesn't matter in a sword fight with Ilberd? Is the primal for Qiqirn, Freya or a giant Enkidu (chicken)? Was that last question relevant? No, but hopefully we can get some resolutions to some of them in 3.0

The brass blades tried to take over the waking sands but Urianger put up a shield around it, that's how she knew, they did manage to take Mor'Dhona's HQ though.
Pipin's hair style is for all males.

I also wonder what happened to Hoary Boulder. We didn't see or hear about him after the Wilfred incident.
And I don't believe that Nanamo is death. It's like how a few people mentioned in this topic. Teledji was after all quick to point out that Nanamo was dead and poisoned. And I also have the feeling that the handmaiden is a double agent working for Nanamo. Or a traitor that decided to side with Nanamo after all. I'm just getting that vibe between them.
(Mind you, I don't care if she lives or dies. So I'm not in denial in any way or form)
Same for the scions. Not dead at all. Each of them dissapearing in a white flash. And something else that makes me believe they aren't dead. The ascians and their worry about the scions having found a way to kill what is immortal. Why worry over something if they're dead? And the ascians seem to always be very good to be informed off our actions and whereabouts.
I'd also would love to see S-E explain how a bunch of Au Ra's adventurers find their way onto Eorzea when Heavensward is released. I was expecting that to be clarified with this patch. But we only got a Yugiri reveal without any added info.

@Vydos
The thing with the Hand Maid crossed my mind too...when Raubahn is asking Nanamo's opinion at the Alliance meeting the Maid is whispering to her while she seems very distracted as though they're conspiring. It's possible she replaced the poison with a less fatal one that feigns death. We know such a drug exists from the Hildibrand quests. And when Thancred mentioned a secret passage in her chambers that sent off alarm bells. The maid has a lot of ominous camera focus even after the deed, such as with Lolorito. I'm still not sure though...why would she tell us her plans to dissolve the monarchy and then do that? Plus if she did feign her own death it's _extremely_ inconsiderate of her to assume Raubahn wouldn't lose his shit (or arm...or life)...plus it just doesn't seem like her. We've seen nothing so far to imply she has this level of cunning or trickery, it just doesn't feel right thinking of her as faking her death.
I agree about the Scions though, I'll be very surprised if any of them have kicked the bucket.
