Patch 2.55 new card NPC's and changes to rules & card sets.

Also confirming that Lightning Card does indeed drop from Tataru. You can play against her between 5:00pm - 5:30am Eorzean time in Coerthes only after you've finished the main scenario quest.

Drop rate seems to be MUCH better than Gaius. I got mine after 50-60 wins over 4 windows. Also got 11 Urianger cards and 8 Tataru cards in the process. With a 73 card deck, and her roulette/random rules in play, I averaged a fairly equal ratio of wins : draws : losses. Just be glad this window is nearly 12 hours long as opposed to the GC leaders.

they need to add more ways to get cards like onion knight and co aswell since those instancens wont be run anymore after heavenswards launch.

also it seems tataru is the only new npc they added. if there would be more players would have found em by now i think. so the notes were misleading infos.

I still want to believe there's at least 3 other NPCs out there somewhere (to match the other 3 tourney cards since Tataru drops Lightning), but they were also wrong that beating Vishap granted a title so maybe the patchnotes were just typo'd/mistranslated.

This is the first I've heard of it, I've started farming her for Roulette wins so hopefully I get lucky.

Not a fan of yet another NPC that is both behind a time gate AND random....as well as roulette. Random/Chaos is not only possible, but fairly likely. Just remove the time gate please, there is no reason for them to exist other than to slow down the progression of card collecting. Either that or make the cards worth more, 20 Uriangers that sell for 50 each is a little low for just how much time I had to invest getting past the immense layers of RNG.

You are right, the Japanese:

It can be read either way and is not specific as to whether there is one or more than one new NPC.
