    The reason for Ramuh, shiva, and HA is because the highest level adventuring gear we can desynth is i100 (crafted gear doesn't count).
    What *I'd* like is to be able to turn them in for seals. I have a whole bunch of Wave weapons waiting to be turned in.

    Also for the beast tribed, they CANNOT have the Ixali unlocked or else it would obliterate the artisan's equipment market by making it too cheap to produce.
    Sylph and the others, though, maybe. Or at least give them separate lockouts.
