Will never happen. What would happen if the patch notes included something about 50x Sweet Cream being needed to progress the 2nd quest in the MSQ? You'd have everyone blitzing the MB right now to suck them all up to resell them in a few hours for 500,000 a piece.

Ok that's a bit of an exaggeration, but the point is that patch notes can give away information that can vastly affect the economy.
