New static raid forming. Mon and Wed. Time TBD by members. Attendance will be required to keep your slot. We will start at whatever turn the lowest member is. This is open to players both new to FFXIV and the vets, as well as players of an FC. If there is competition for space preference at the start will be given to players with experience (with games/mmos in general not just FFXIV) but afterwards attendance and skill improvement are rewarded with raid slots.

A little about me, I have played nearly every MMO released since EQ2, raided at a server first level in that blizzard mmo and its first couple expansions before moving onto other games. My experience as a leader comes from having been an officer and a raid leader at some point in most of those games as well as from my professional life.
