Weird things in FF14

Sometimes when I pull up the menu the curser will appear even thought I'm on the mouse and keyboard set up. I dont even have a controller plugged in so I'm not sure what causes this.

This one is when playing as a BLM and using a 2 handed staff. Sometimes if I get whacked hard enough while casting, my character will go into this weird stand in a weird idle stance where theyre stiff as a board. The stance is holding the staff with 2 hands for the rest of the cast. For a reference look up the THM on the website under the "What is Final Fantasy?" on the Lodestone.

Your second issue is possibly an animations state bug from the way you describe it.

Go into character configuration and make sure the box for "Enable gamepad" isn't checked.

I switch between k/m and gamepad fairly often and if I leave the gamepad enabled when I'm using k/m I get the same problem.
