FFXIV.exe crashes

ok i know i dont have a top end pc but i never have issues playing the game at 45+ fps but these random freaking FFXIV.exe has stopped working is getting on my damn nerves . i can play for 6hrs+ and never crash or sometimes i crash 4 times in an hour. kinda useless as a healer if they cant depend on me.

i have tried the instructions given for the crash, i rolled back my display driver to 340.50 nvidia the ones supposed to be optimized for this game, i removed my security programs only thing running is bitdefender security suite with game profile enabled. i have run a complete scan of the system, i reinstalled the game. i make sure all background apps are off cause i found if malwarebytes started while i was playing FFXIV.exe would just close no error no message so i removed it. only thin on when i play is cloud sync, game, winamp and bitdefender in game mode.
