Chocobo Racing Mask

If all u are worried about is getting the mask then buy a chocobo registration from the npc in central shroud then back to the racing desk to reg the bird race it till 40 and retire it buy a equal ped covering back to npc in central shroud breed it that will give u ped 2 bird then do it all again till u get to ped 9.If you have a male bird then you buy a female covering.

If you haven't done the quest yet to get to GS you have to do that stuff 1st then once u go to chocobo square their will be a quest that sends you to central shroud where you will find the npcs.1 is for breeding the other sells grade 1 items for stats and the registrations for your 1st racing chocobo also if i rem right once you race ur 1st bird to rank 40 and retire it another quest opens at the desk which kinda explains the breeding
