Thread: Friendly Beast tribes in 3.0..??

Currently there's still Goblins, Tonberry and Quirin, but with the next expansion. Has there been any info for any plans to add more friendly beast tribes to the current five in 3.0?

No, unless you count the Vanu Vana and Gnath that arent tempered by their primals

OT: There's the Vanu Vanu & The Gnath that have been announced, but I don't know if all of them are hostile or if we'll get a friendly splinter faction or something.

New beast tribes and their primals are in 3.0, but the friendly factions you can do quests for will not be implemented till something like patch 3.1 or 3.15.

Think the entire rest of that dungeon explains why they did that.

Tonberries also aren't "beastmen" per se, they used to be human Nym scholars but now they're unfortunate little monsters. Check out the Scholar questline to learn more about 'em.

We'll probably see a Goblin beast tribe in 3.0 since they're mucking around with Alexander, and I'm sure the friendlier of the bunch will be somewhere offering up dailies. Quirin I'm not so sure, but I do love the Quirin so I'm hoping for 'em!

at some point there will be friendly factions for the newer beast tribes mayb not right away but will be eventually.. im pretty sure some1 asked yoshi a question about new beast tribe mounts will they be flying or not?? he answered its somethin they are considering lol

Urgh, I know. I just just couldn't resist a little 'jab' at them. I thought the victory cut scene in WP HM was a nice little touch, though.

I did enjoy the whole SCH quest line, and thus the reason why we go in to WPHM. Not so much WP normal, as we're still having to kill them on our way to 'liberate' them. Feels out to the little green ones.

I have to agree on Quirin, I can't really see them have any kind of meaningful part in the Heavensward story at the moment.
