Cannot login main character only: Lost connection to the server 90002

Thank you! potato and heal i dl'd wtfast works now ^^ how long before things return to normal or do i need to be logging in every time with wtfast? i say normal because i never dc . . . ever! and this was just different.

Good question. I just used wtfast to play an hour session. Log out, turn off wtfast, and still can't get in on that character. Really strange issue. It's like.. ip locked? Just on that character?

Obviously I'm hoping it's something they fix tomorrow. I don't need a vpn to play this game lol, I'm in the US.

Almost 24 hours of being locked out, now. Nothing but constant 10105, over and over and over. Sometimes with a 2002 thrown in, just for good measure. Why hasn't this even been acknowledged as a problem yet?

Also, does anyone have a solution for us console-bound plebs? WTFast, PingZapper and other VPNs do NOT work on PS4 (and don't give me the old, "hurr well shudda gotta peecee" line).

If I sound (read as) a bit pissed, I *am*.

Second thread that proves this is widespread and not just individual stuff. Protip - ignore the crazy person in that thread who thinks they know how the internet works.

I am having the same issue. I have two characters on the same server and I was able to log in with one and not the other. Its like 20 hours for me now and still can't log in. Keep giving me the 90002 error after a couple of min loading.

Same issue here trying to log in to my main on Leviathan.

My alt on Siren logs in just fine though.

Getting the 2002 error specifically since Sunday morning EST. Still going as of 7 am on Monday.

Haven't tried a VPN and I can't really do a lot of the solutions offered since 4+ people in my house alone play, and most of them only work for a single person.

Really hope whoever is responsible for this mess gets off their ass and fixes it.

Cannot login main character only: Lost connection to the server 90002

I was suddenly disconnected from gameplay and sent to the lobby server. I've since exited the game completely, rebooted my pc, waited a half hour and still only my main character cannot login. I can get in on any other character in any other data center or the same one, even the same server, even with a new character on the same server or another datacenter. Only my main character is affected in any way. Please help asap.

Not sure what is going on, but had the same issue. I followed someone else's lead on a different thread and just unplugged my router for a minute to get a new IP. once plugged back in and logged in I was able to use both main and alternate characters. Figured I'd pass this along.

It's clearly an ip issue as the vpn allows me to log in. What sucks is I have Comcast so it's not as simple as unplugging the modem to get a new ip. I would have to add a router to my setup for this to work, which obviously I didn't need before all this. I think they just need to refresh the character on their end.

So I woke up this morning to log in after the update, and without thinking i logged in without WTFast and had no issues getting through. Looks like a reset on thier side was all that was needed. ^^ thanks for help
