Cannot login main character only: Lost connection to the server 90002

I have also been haveing this same issue since 12:00pm (est). DC'd in Mor D. and have been getting constant login failures on every attempt. Can login with no problem on my wife's account and even made an alt on my account can play just fine on both. but, trying to login on main is a no go. =data center: Primal / Server: Lamia.

It's just crazy that there isn't some sort of technical support even on a Sunday. They can't possibly think stuff doesn't go wrong on the weekends lol.

Same to all of this. Same, same, same. Got kicked while waiting for DF in my FC's front yard a good while back; I can only log on to any of my alts that are on the Primal cluster- I can't switch data centers; I get an error there, too.

This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.

ETA: Sounds more and more like the dreaded 3102 error. So when am I going to get my "Get Out of The Void Free" card?

I am also seeing the 90002 connection error after selecting my character. I'm on the Mateus world.

On Sargatanas, exact same issue and getting 90002. I can't log in on my main, but I can log in to an alt on the same server on the same account. I can also log in on an alt on the same server on another account, just not my main. I can also log in using my 4G phone connection on my main, but not on my normal wired connection. Unfortunately, I can't play on my 4G for long. I can also log in using a Pingzapper trial.

I have tried rebooting the modem, restarting the computer, completely power cycling the modem, deleting the character file in my computer. None have worked.

So in summary:
- can't log in on main only
- can log in on any other character on any other account on same server
- can log in if using tunnelling service or other network (4G)

I've been experiencing this same issue and haven't been able to log in for 5 hours now. Is it unreasonable to expect a response about this?

I don't know if it's related, but I've been getting the error 2002 (cannot connect to data center) for over two hours now, since first trying to log on today.

Update - using a VPN like WTFast allows me to login. Soon as I close WTFast, it instantly kicks me. So this is some weird IP issue.

Temp solution is to use a VPN with a free trial like pingzapper, you can connect for I think 1h at a time before you have to restart it.

Yep, I'm using wtfast which doesn't have a time limit. It works, logged in now. But I don't want to use it, or anything lol.
