New to game...Can't find my way in the world, please help

Hello, i an level 21 and trying to follow the main Story Quest. But now i'm lost.

How do i get to Eastern Thanalan (camp drybone) from Western Thanalan?? i dont see any ajoining arrows to it, nor can i see it on my map. If i click the "Quest map" i dont see where my character is on that map....so dont know which direction to go

From Western Thanalan....um.
You have to go east, the quickest way honestly is back to Ul'dah, then go to Central Thanalan. If memory serves me well, go to Black Brush Station (has an aetheryte), then keep going due east. You'll hit a small pond with some annoying Nixs (or whatever they are at that level, the giant frogs) and north-east of that pond is the entrance to Eastern Thanalan. Keep going NE after getting there and you will eventually find Camp Drybone (It's set into the ground, and there is an aetheryte. Follow the wall if you are unsure where to go, you may literally fall right into it).

Alternatively you can go through the South Shroud through Camp Tranquil but those enemies are a higher level than you, so it's a bit more dangerous.

From Western Thanalan?

There's an exit to Central Thanalan near the bridge on the East side of the map.



Go through there and head Northeast. You should find Black Brush Station (another place with an Aetheryte, so make sure you attune to it!)

From Black Brush Station, go East again (you'll run past a creek and then an area full of large frogs) and there will be a place on the map to go to Eastern Thanalan. Go through there and you'll be dropped right near Camp Drybone. Attune to the Camp Drybone Aetheryte once you get there and you'll be able to teleport there in the future if you want to get there quickly.
