Hey Ultear, well i haven't been playing for so long in this server but what i can tell is that server doesn't have a big population of ppl, (XIVsoul says around 10k players only), and queues are quite long well for DPS+30 min, other classes 10-20min. As for PF there aren't always a lot of partys going on but it depends of what do you want do about community i can say it's pretty friendly.
