    For some dungeons it takes a bit longer to find a full groups. On top of that, if you only select one language you will have to wait longer.

    And the timing is a factor, as well. Not the entire reason but it does influence things. If you are jumping into the DF at non-prime time for those server areas, that doesn't help shorten the wait.
