um.. Throw ur axe... use your aoe attack a few times if you have flash use it aswell.. switch targets as needed to get aggro (look and the enemy list if its not red u lsot aggro). you should not care what the healer is doing unless ur dieing. if you have no idea how to tank at lvl 41.. i feel bad for ya.. sorry mate reroll a dps.

To be fair, by the time you get to stone vigil, you've been through 6 dungeons and 2 trials. You should be familiar with tanking by that point.
