Just wanted to ask. I'm going into some 50lvl dungeons and sometimes I need guides to bosses. Is there any good place where I can read tactics for dungeons?

There are some people on youtube who do very good guides that explain mechanics and show you too so it helps many people more than just writing. Two decent ones i know of are MTQcapture right here: https://www.youtube.com/user/MTQcapture and MrHappy who can be found here https://www.youtube.com/user/Xehanort1227. They have guides for all current endgame content.
I've been attempting to add boss strategies to GamerEscape, but work is slow unfortunately![]()
But the thing is....
A lot of strats have lost meaning due to the inflation of easily obtainable i100+ gear & the fact ppl u run with in df will probably make it into a spee run etc.
I.e Zu ( 2nd boss in pharos sirius)
Ppl used to do the egg hatching/ kill adds mechanics but now they often go with the zerg zu strat.
So if u watch a guide explaining how to do mechanics u might be wasting ur time.
Another good example is turn 2 BCoB, ppl used to do allagan rot till ppl learned about enrage mode. Now 80%+ of df parties will do enraged over allagan rot mechanics. So again videos online will not do much UNLESS u just want to see how mechanics r supposed to be like.
You're particularly right. Sometimes it's really better to use simple tactics, but at some bosses I don't even know what to do. For example I don't know some tactics in Labyrinth of the Ancients. I just do what other people do.
Well it depends on the fight for some stuff you can just faceroll it especially old content but there are still some things that you need to follow tactics for to avoid wipe mechanics.
Exactly, most dps in post 50 dungeons =usually double the amount of dps output from a regular minimal ilvl req player for tht dungeon. So probs following the group's rythm / tactic is better than going out of ur way trying to do obsolete mechanics the intended way.
I recommend the Mr Happy videos because he skips un-noteworthy trash and gets the important mechanics across quickly. Plus he speaks clearly and the videos have a good rhythm. All you really need to know are the killer mechanisms.
Then just jump right in and you'll get a feel of when there's enough firepower to brute force a fight, as well as when there isn't enough.
“There is nothing noble in being superior to your fellow man; true nobility is being superior to your former self.”
― Ernest Hemingway
I would personally highly suggest MTQ's; but I've never enjoyed MrHappy's stuff.
Either way, while a large majority of the functionality of certain fights are now negated by iLevel, that doesn't mean they all have. Being aware of what the fight's supposed to involve will help prevent you from making horrible novice mistakes like trying to ignore the adds in Haukke Manor HM (That still hurts like a truck). Also, so long as your personal gear levels aren't super high, you're probably going to need to be handling these mechanics as well because you can't just soak the damage. And the more players at a lower iLvl, the more you'll have to do.
So it's good to know the fights.
