Chat/Tell filter - Configure who can send you tells!

I very much prefer a close-nit group of friends to be in contact with. I don't enjoy having to find myself getting tells from people I don't know or ever care to converse with, especially if they never respond after sending it. Least of all players blatantly advertising through random tells.

I would like to propose a Chat or Tell Filter that will be enabled by default. Players will be able to receive tells from others inside their Friends List, Free Company, Linkshells, Alliance, or Party. However, any players not already affiliated with you, will NOT be able to send you a tell and have you receive it. It will act as if they player were blacklisted, but anything through shout, yell, or say will work just fine. This will limit any players reaching out to others to advertise without impeding legitimate players shouting or such trying to get help with any task.

Tell Filter Options:
No Strangers
Everyone

No one outside of anything you're apart of may send you a tell. No random RMT Tells unless you send that dirt bag an invite or friend request.

Not an hour goes by without an RMT ad. Please take some kind of action! I still want to be able to talk to my friends directly instead of disabling tell completely and using a Linkshell just for two people to talk.
