    Heavensward issue?

    Hello guys please forgive me if this has already been answered since I cant seem to find it in the thread myself. I have a FFXIV collectors edition copy from the 1.0 era so its almost 3-4 years old wich means its a NA version. I just bought a Heavensward Digital copy NA version ofcourse but everytime I try to access the pre order site I keep coming to the european one wich is the https://preorder.eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/en.
    No matter how hard I try to change the eu to NA to be able to access my account it doesnt let me and it keeps redirecting me to the EU and saying the code is with the wrong region. Does anyone have an answer to this? Forgive me but I've tried almost everything now.

    You cant redeem codes from different regions from your account.

    Is your account NA based or EU based?

    You can try getting to the NA site with a VPN? It's likely redirecting you because of your location. Pretty annoying problem, it seems.
