They just need to fix dot tracking.

SMN vs any world boss = shooting in the dark as to whether your dots will show up or not.

I'm not sure if this applies here, but you can filter target settings so that only your debuffs show on the Target Bar. That doesn't fix your problem?

Or is it like DRG's Disembowel where Disembowel doesn't stack therefore if another DRG throws disembowel up yours disappears?

SMN/MNK should definitely be stacking though..
