I played A LOT of 1.0 but I somehow missed this event.. I'd totally be okay with having a way to obtain it in ARR. >w>

To be honest with you I can see why 1.0 players wouldn't want 1.0 items up for grabs due to all the hard work and game play but some players have these items and suck so bad! (lol) they only get online to do events does it mean they deserve it?
I'm a 1.0 player i did the chocobo speed runs for that nifty chocobo mask yet..you can get it in 2.0 for clearly nothing .
I dont mind if they change up the look so it don't mimic the 1.0 item.
i think the ONLY thing non legacy players should get is.
1. the tattoo
2. goobue mount (yet they made one almost the same but with different trimmings)
3. the legacy bird (which i wish i could used as my company bird)
4. the discounted price.
In real life old things from old era are always remade to be sold as a historic item with a back story.

No mask from Chocobo Escourt speedruns. You got titles from this.
The mask was from the "Deliver 1000 packages during Chocobo Escourt" achievement, while in ARR it is from the "get a grade 9 racing Chocobo", which need more work than the one fom 1.0 in my opinion.
There were 9 packages during 1 escourt (3 Chocobos, and 3 packages for every Chocobo). So after only 111 escourts you got your mask if you didn't lost a single package.
Also, the 1.0 Chocobo Mask is a ilevel 40 headgear (with stats) , while the Racing Chocobo Mask is a ilevel 1 headgear (without stats)
@OP, the Moonlet earring can now be purchased of 3 USD on mogstation.
10k MGP would have been better, I think
The horn was a achievement reward for fully completing the Meteor story so please SE don't let it go to the cash shop the earrings fine BUT NOT THE FRIGON HORN.
