    I have not received any email from SE

    I usually get a login restriction email when I login on a different IP. I accidentally changed my VPN settings today and I got the restriction message. I didn't receive the email though and I'm using Gmail. I've been waiting for 30 mins and still nothing. I've also tried the retrieve password option from the launcher but I still didn't receive any email.

    UPDATE:
    I was able to receive the Password Update email but still no Login Restriction email.

    I'm not familiar with this procedure, but when i got it last time, i clicked a link from client (i think). That may be require to send the email.

    Failing that you might have to contact support and create a ticket asking for the verification email.

    (maybe sure it didn't land in the spam folder though)
