I say keep the lag. Sometimes, my NIN will cast 2 mudras in a row because of it. Like Shuriken followed by Lightning, or Lightning followed by haste. Clearly, it's working as intended.

Would it be possible to make Crystal Tower doable with just 3 tanks? It's the one tower raid I find to have the longest wait.
Can you elaborate on the Disciple of the Hand class specializations?
Will endgame crafting in 3.x require everything at 60 to be viable?
With the new jobs Dark Knight, Machinist, and Astrologian not having a base class... which we don't really know what that means exactly, would it be possible to separate Summoner and Scholar and make Summoner much more unique? With the way combat works in FFXIV it would be interesting to see Summoner use their summons as an actually part of their attacks instead of just being a debuff machine with a pet that does mediocre damage. Whenever I envision how Summoner should work I always picture the game Folklore for the PS3, or how Yuna worked in Dissidia.
You could have a Ifrit combo that would be your main damaging combo. A Garuda combo could add adds debuffs or DoTs. Titan could be shield moves or damage prevention.
Granted I'm not a game designer so I don't really know if these ideas would be good on anything other than paper but Summoner doesn't really feel like a summoner in FFXIV.

With regards to Fishing and the much asked for Tacklebox, would it be feasible to remove it from the regular inventory and just having it in the Bait button "inventory"?
Since there is a stance in this game that melee should always have higher single target damage then casters. Casters should be automatically be slotted in AoE Bursts.
With regards to the queue times in the Duty Finder, the DPS of this game seem to have drawn the short straw. Would you consider separating Ranged and Melee in their own category and having dungeons that require one of each? I believe that would even the playing field somewhat making each class valuable.
With the new jobs in 3.0, will we see new attributes like Charisma or Agility? In the same light will there be light and dark elements added? Could be a good time to bring the elemental wheel.
