Can you speak to any Job related adjustments (excluding new abilities learned post 50) that you might have in store for Heavensward or the coming QoL updates before the expansion?

Will new jobs have the ability to cross-class abilities, since they don't have their own class is this possible, and if so can you disclose that information?

DUNGEONS AND OVERWORLD
Are there going to be more open world zones added besides the ones shown in the latest reveal trailer? I feel like the Shroud needs another zone, it seems to lack in Aetheryte camps compared to other regions, and there is the fabled West Shroud that apparently exists but cannot be accessed.

Can you tease us with any concept art of the new 24-man raid or what it might be about or the location? Rumor is that the Floating Continent is the new 24-man raid, can you confirm or deny this?

Will possessing ANY relic zeta allow for a head start with ANY new relic?

e.g. Will owning a copy of Last Resort Zeta allow me to progress in the astrologian relic ahead of those who don't have setae? Or will it only allow for a head start in the class for which I posses a zeta weapon?
