I've currently encountered this crash twice today. On the PS4 version, whenever the boss Magitek vangob G-III in Brayflox Longstop Hard Mode is defeated, as in its hit points reduced to 0%, the game will freeze, then forcibly exit to the PS4 menu. I've already submitted a report through the PS4's error report, but I thought I'd be extra certain and post here as well.
