hi cant use my ps4 control on ff14 log in screen on ps4 its just unresponsive nothin works.. but can use it for anything else but ff14 i posted in tech support but its annoying me so any1 has any suggestions to what has happened??

or is any1 experiencing same problem?? frustrated cause almost finished my zeta then this happens
