    playstation 4 log in screen

    hi currently i cant log in to ff14 on ps4 due to control not working on log in screen.. when close ff14 application my control works fine accessing everything else but asoon as open ff14 it instantly unresponds on the log in screen any solutions??

    You did the current Systemupdate? There was one up yesterday else Id say restart the PS but no real clue tbh

    yeah did the update n restarted ps4 when started having the problem.. the control works fine outside of ff14 can play other games access shop etc but asoon as i boot ff14 up its unresponsive on the log in screen doesnt move the cursor at all ;/
