I can wire my laptop directly to my modem when this happens and I'll get internet, it's the router not my Isp. It's some way the game interacts with my router. When the game first came out, i had a crappy linksys router that broke. Game worked perfectly for months with this router. Then I upgraded to a netgear. This problem started happening but only with this game. I left ffxiv because of this problem for 8 months, playing many other online games including 4 other major mmos and have never had a problem with any of them. Then I come back to FFXIV and this is still happening every time I play.

Edit: Also, in searching for a fix, i've found I'm not the only person with this exact problem, but none of them had any answers in their threads either.
