    Cannot set a ticket in game- Rep on phone says to submit ticket-

    Hey,
    so I reported someone yesterday for harassment. A GM contacted me and all that. But now it says theres an update in my support tab in game and it's there not. There's a flashing "Support" icon thing up top of my screen. It will also not let me send a bug report in game. Nobody has got back to me on the website, which only allows like one sentence to send you. The phone rep said I had to submit a ticket in game, and I cannot submit a ticket in game! Please SE contact me ASAP. I sent you my phone number on the ticket on the website. Rawk Sawlid Balmung server. I cannot play with a blinking support icon, and there's nothing I can do.

    EDIT: Technically I can play with the blinking support. But if it wasn't blinking it wouldn't be distracting. It's really bothering me. Get to me ASAP.

    Nevermind. Turns out BEFORE the message pops up very quickly (you have a min or so window) you need to open support ticket and it will be there. the second the messages appears you can do NOTHING.

    You should resolve this bug. Please email me and I can provide details. Otherwise, I've got it. Thanks.

    I have similar issue on Hyperion. I cannot view or close previous tickets and when I try to, the flashing Support Icon comes up, but nothing is displayed in the history box. SOOOO tired of that flashing bugger at the top of my screen. And I can no longer report RMTs or submit any other kind of ticket. I thought there was a HotFix for this recently?
