90002 constantly

I disconnect frequently, whether i'm alone or in a party. Seems to happen more at night, don't know if it has to do with how many people are in the game. Happens both in dungeons and out in the world. Weird thing is, when I disconnect it's like my whole router shuts down. Can't reach the internet on any device connected to it for a few minutes. I've tried opening the ports, didn't really do anything. Updated the firmware, didn't help. My router is a netgear 6250. Seems more like it's this game than the router as my router has been through many games with no issues. Guild Wars 2, WoW, Wildstar, many fps games. I can stream movies while playing most games and not get noticeable lag, why can't I stay connected to this one when it's the only thing i'm doing? If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.
