How we can stop Spammers/Phishing/fake msg in game

I'm not sure if this has already been discussed or at least in this type of manner, but I would request to help stop the spam that players are not able to "pm" or "shout out" till level 5-10 and/ or there should be a quest that would follow that would have to be unlocked to be able to msg chat.

Another idea/ option to help filter spammers/ con artist players would be that you would have to have added 2-3 players that when added would have to okay you to msg before you could start "msg" pm or "shouts"

I think this idea would either stop the msg spammers or at least slow them down. I think this feedback would be vary useful to help players. so that new players are not con and current players wouldn't have to see junk spam. Thanks and I hope this is in a patch update soon and/ or anyone has better feedback please input. Thanks^^

Edit: Also maybe another safe guard could be you would have to wait 3days before an account is allowed to "pm" / "shout" once the other requirements from above have been meet. just another safety feature thought.

How about we get a setting that we can set where a lvl 5 or even lvl 10 or below can't pm us. come on these scame gil sellers are getting out of hand. There needs to be a proactive approach soon in a patch update

Been saying that aaaall along, no buyers=no sellers. As long as their are people to buy gold/gil there will be others taking advantage of their stupidity.

But is it also possible that some of these buyers might be new comers and might not know its a scam for gil?
