Covers a designated area in ice, dealing ice damage with a potency of 100 and binding enemies that enter.
Combo Action: Blizzard 3.
Combo Potency 100.
Combo Bonus: Encases the ground in ice, dealing Ice Damage with a potency of 40 to all that enemies that enter.
Duration: 20 seconds
