Monk New Fists Ability Ideas

Fists of wind-reduces TP cost on all abilities by 10.
Fists of lightning-increases cooldown recovery speed by 10% while active.
Fists of ice-increases greased lightning duration by 6 seconds. Reduces damage dealt by 5%. (Mainly used to lock stacks in place during a boss transition).

All the fist are permanent stances. Two of those in my opinion are more like cooldowns. So fist of ice, what happens when you swap to another stance, would you lose the 6 seconds.
Im thinking something like meditate: freezes all buff durations but inflicts pacification for 7 seconds. (can be cleansed, maybe?) this would keep the high skill play intact and force monks to truly decide when it would be beneficial to use vs using PB to get stacks back. Maybe even a smal tp regen during the effect

Fists of lightning only works while you have it equipped so you'll just notice cooldowns recharging slightly faster. Good for when you need perfect balance back up and a boss just jumped or you were koed or something. Fists of ice adds 6 seconds to whatever you had, and remember you can't switch back immediately. You won't lose those 6 seconds when you switch back though. It's just for locking it in place for a bit, and I imagine in the future there will be more abilities to use and we will need more time ro execute them all to fit into a combo, so juggling between this and fists of fire might actually be a thing. Of course with greased lightning IV we can probably squeeze more in there but it can still work.
