Hide description of skill option

Please, I really BEG you PLEASE, can you add an option on the character menu to prevent having that annoying skill description popping up everytime my cursor passes on a skill? It really bothers me to be able to see only half of my skills everytime I prepare the cursor on a buff I'm going to need soon...
I know it's not a pressing issue and I know people might already have asked it in the past, but please pleas please keep considering it. It would improve the gaming experience of many players as far as I know.

You can move or disable it via the "HUD layout'' option in the main menu, in addition to the character config option.
