I know this is a giant problem. But isn't the route of all this the websites selling the kill. You take out farmers and another 10 will appear.

In my opinion. Square Enix really need to enforce the law and stop these websites operating...

Would it work to cut the websites out, then that might solve the whole problem.

There's no such law to enforce.
