The spam bots tend to not be very frequent until about 2am and then there will be a new one every 5 minutes for a few hours and then as soon as the creation limit gets pegged again, no more spam bots to blacklist for a few hours.
On Exodus they must be making mad accounts during the window because I only play during normal hours, I dont play for that long and I get spam and friend requests non stop. I would also say they have some kind of cheat that lets them know when I log in, because they hit me with a friend invite BEFORE I see my Chr in game EVERY single time I log in, they NEVER miss me not once.
