    As things go, it make me think that SE is using the NA servers as a sink for the RMT since the JP don't have many ads or none. I m in balmung, and I have like 1-2 tells in a week or so. I went to another server and they were shouting their website and prices. It surprised me how obvious the RTM is in there.

    Balmung gets a lot less spam since the server is full to bursting. Though that changed recently, from what I hear.
    But yeah there's a good chance the Japanese development team doesn't see it as a problem because it doesn't affect the JP servers nearly as much as the NA servers.
