Probably just coincidence. One day I'll get a bit less spam, the next it'll be three times as bad. Nothing *effective* is being done, that's for sure.

Dont get me wrong but with all due respect,you cannot expect CERO spam or gil shout sellers. That's NEVER gonna happen. so Let's be realistic here for a moment. As long as it's been monitored and reduced I'll be happy. It's a bit like saying , "let's eradicate piracy" that's never happened but can be controlled. I do feel and I can see that the amount of gilsellers/spam/shouts/friend bot request has improved.

For the love of all that's RMT SE... give us the tools to help us help you. Start with... Right Click > Report RMT and UNLIMITED Blacklist (I'm always capped at 200 of pure RMT) until you can get a better handle on the situation. I'm so tired of being /tell and friend request harassed by these scumbags.

They're not even trying to hide the fact that they're RMT and they are blatantly being allowed to run rampant with names like "Sellgil".

Fix it. Fix it nao!

Usually people who become CEOs are thick skinned anyways, they kinda have to be...I doubt it hurts them even one iota to receive disgruntled emails.
