That is very possible and should be explored. To me there should be a easier way to report these cockroaches and get them removed. And if we added the proof, that's the icing on the cake. SE's server hardware is more than capable of handling this. That's actually normal, because they don't want their customer service staff to accidentally open up malware attachments.
All the call centers I've worked for, the attachments are usually stripped from emails.
That said, they could just change the reporting mechanic so that it creates a screenshot, or records a 10 second video to upload when the report function is triggered. The game client already has the ability to create a screenshot.
A lot of the posts requesting a right-click report option have pointed out that making reporting easier for us players is only one of its advantages. The other is that pulling relevant data automatically from the system gives the staff tasked with handling these reports more consistent and reliable information to work from. That is very possible and should be explored. Reporting someone by right-clicking their name in the chat log should add a dump of recent chat activity to the report. Reporting them by clicking their character is a bit trickier, and would have to rely on the person reporting to give at least a brief description of why they're reporting the person, but automatically attaching a screenshot or brief video from the game client would help.

Caught few groups in Limsa spamming duties (standing near market boards) ....

When Heavensward started it felt like RMT spam got better for a short amount of time. I wiped my B-List of all 200 names (that took forever btw), and I remember thinking... FINALLY the RMT team has actually DONE something... now I'm back to getting RMT spammed quite heavily. I've resorted to putting myself back to Busy. Thanks SE. >_<

WOULD LOVE an Option to able to SHIFT and select all to remove blacklist

There are some companies that do not allow attachments, such as banks and credit card companies for example. However Blizzard and NCSoft take attachments (Although unless its GW or GW2, NCSoft LOL's and trashes it) when you report cheating. SE should be able to do the same - minus the whole trashing and laughing part.Blizzard accepts attachments to their hacks@blizzard.com cheat report email.
Faster investigation, So they can slap the proper codes to deal with it.
those codes such as a 213, 310, 457 and 3613. Take notes SE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZlM8rkefgoA

I'd just like to point out that we have (gotta give the guy props) a creative RMT spamming puns in Party Finder on Hyperion named "Gil Seller." I mean, it doesn't get any more blatantly obvious than that.
I've reported this RMT like 5 times this year. How long do these "investigations" usually take? A year? Longer?
Depends how far back in queue your report is for the 3 man team to sift through.I'd just like to point out that we have (gotta give the guy props) a creative RMT spamming puns in Party Finder on Hyperion named "Gil Seller." I mean, it doesn't get any more blatantly obvious than that.

There is ZERO RMT tells in Japan datacenter. I'm thinking either
1) the anti RMT team are more hardworking in GMT+7
2) no one buy gil here.
