Please Nerf It! [IRL]

There needs to be several nerfs and buffs to the Laundromat Dungeon b-weekly. The RNG on getting an available washer and dryer never rolls in my favor and the amount of gil I have to give both machine NPCs is too high! Also, the dungeon is too mobby and I always get a full party of players who either crowd the washer/dryer NPCs and ignore social mechanics or AFK players that never remove their finished clothing from the washer and dryer - and I can't even vote dismiss them!

In short: We need the options to kick people who afk their wash so I can complete my bi-weekly, a nerf to the gil amounts needed in total by the end of the dungeon, and a buff to the RNG for the [Available Washer] and [Available Dryer] items/machine NPCs.
Also need buffs to the dryer NPCs - they never dry anything!
And also-also a Laundry marketboard or merchant NPC in case players forgot or ran out of detergent before entering the dungeon...
