It seems the Rank S mark for Lower La Noscea, Croakadile, may be glitched on Goblin and is not spawning.

Last Kill time:
March 21, 7:36pm PDT (112 hours, 32 minutes ago as of this post)

Assumed Spawned Mechanics:
Spawns in the evening prior to midnight of the next full moon after a period of 54 hours have passed since its last defeat. He seems to usually spawn between 5pm and 7pm Eozean Time based on personal observations.

Calculated Spawn Times:
Using math formulas determined by other players which I have tested to be accurate and have used to predict his spawn times in the past, the following were the times he was to spawn:

• 1st Full Moon after 54 Hours: March 24, 9:59 pm - 10:05 pm PDT
• 2nd Full Moon after 54 Hours: March 26, 11:19 am - 11:25 am PDT

The 1st Full Moon was the expected spawn time. We tested the 2nd Full Moon under the assumption that the mechanic shown above may have been slightly off. He has still not been seen. I suspect something may be off on the server-side of things.

I had a full party out looking for him on the 1st and expected spawn time. Nothing was found. I was at work when the 2nd time frame came up, but left my character logged in Lower La Noscea and alerted the linkshells to keep an eye on him. Several looked, but nothing was found once again.

UPDATE
He was just killed. Not sure if SE saw this and pushed a magic button, or some weird anomaly (to our observations) happened.
