Hymn is seeking new players with raid-oriented mindsets for coil training

Are you new to the game and want to get into end game raiding, but don't know where to start? I am looking to assemble some new talent for our free company, Hymn (aka MVP) and am planning on putting a group together to train members on how to play their roles to the caliber we expect from real MVPs. The plan is to start from the very beginning of coil and eventually finish all of final coil.

A little about myself, I lead my own coil group and we have had FCOB on farm for months. I have raided extensively on both casters and both healers. I also have dabbled in some tanking. I have a lot of knowledge to impart on players who are willing to improve. Our free company is filled with players who raid seriously, but you'll find that we get along really well and the chat is always fun. We have a very light-hearted atmosphere and it's a great place to come to if you want to raid and get bombarded by silly macros in FC chat.

As we are talking about newer players, we will have a lot of patience to begin with. If you put in the effort and are willing to learn and improve your weaknesses without getting defensive, there's a spot for you. If you don't take this opportunity seriously, we will realize it sooner than later. I am going to take a long-term approach so I'm not looking to hot-shot the group in a week (although we'll at least get to SCOB quickly because T1-4 is a joke at this point). With that being said, I suspect that a lot of people may be interested in joining so I expect that at a certain point there may be competition because you can only take so many people into a raid at once.

The goal at the end of the day will be to train a bunch of you guys/gals for 3.0 and put you in position to create your own raid groups.

We don't have a set schedule yet, but raids likely won't start until around 8 PM EST at least.

We will be accepting transfers from other servers. Package deals are cool too. If you have dabbled in some coil or are even a veteran who is interested in being a part of this you are welcome to join up as well. Keyboard/mouse setup preferred (it's optimal, no offense intended).

I'm interested in hearing more. I just transferred to Midgardsomr from Gungnir. I play WHM and have a group of friends that I yransferred with who I think would be interested in joining. This is the main reason we transferred as we couldn't hook up with English speaking players for raiding.
