Now reacting like this just makes you sound paranoid! I wonder what else people have said to you that you mistake as being harassment......
"Wow, you've been farming these fates for hours man!"
"SHUT UP! IM NOT BOTTING!!"

I just say im a no lifer, then they just shut up after that.
Each one that messages you about being a bot, report them then put them on ignore. There can't be that many different people and eventually it will just blow over.

This isnt wow. Personally I agree, this story sounds..strange.

Yeah, I agree. Not saying the people harassing me are in the right, but maybe he was doing something that would probably make him look suspicious. OP, did you do things like staying ours and ours killing always the same mobs for small kill exp (or farm things like the karakuls in Coerthas for hours straight?). Not saying you don't have to, but if you are in the same place doing the same thing for over three hours, people will start get suspicious.
this sentence ...happen only when someone arrive to farm it and see someone farming it and is like "oh no my spot is took must be a botter i will report him." (i call them Jealous people) i farm those to craft. if people can craft to make money everyone can ..how do we craft with materia. how do we get materia by farming. Doesn't mean that we farms for hour and hour that we are botter. and some achivement to get (gold gear) you need to craft alot and easiest is the woolen yarn right now. I got people who come to my spot and some call me botter and leave and come back letter to see im here and then try to overspeed my kill to steal the spot but i change gear (cos i SB at the same time) and i use faster skill for each time they appear i click fast on tab and the skill and he get mad call me botter again and leave ... hum ok he get mad so im botting ...WTH ... im not using any program , i was there first , there plenty of sheep in the zone , and im not RMT , i have the right to make money like everyone else since when we say house are too $$$$ we tell house we don't make money the right way ..but now that we try we are botter ... WTHYeah, I agree. Not saying the people harassing me are in the right, but maybe he was doing something that would probably make him look suspicious. P.S sorry for my English in advance![]()

Right, so do I, but I've taken it a habit to not stay there for longer than two hours each session. Especially because I am a black mage and like to wear AF body, I have been called a bot a couple times (people seem to not bother checking, or they'd realize that my AF body is glamoured over another piece of equipment). I just try to not look suspicious, even knowing I have every right to stay there for as long as I want. I don't like to make people angry at me.

If i was making this story up, and I was botting, i'd be foolish to post it on a forum. Why risk losing all my hard work?Yeah I have to agree. Something seems odd. Playing 24 hours straight isn't exactly unheard of and it doesn't tend to get you enough attention to be called a botter and remembered for it. There had to have been something that you were doing to make that many people think you were not legitimately playing the game. Spamming FATEs also isn't out of the norm as it was the best way to level at 2.0 launch and it doesn't require waiting the 20 minute DPS queues so I don't understand why that would draw attention.
I did do that. I guess I should just ignore them and keep on keepin on.Just take names and report. So you had vacation time so what. Alot of those players are online themselves EVERY DAY. I chalk it up to the proliferation of bad players, maybe King Moogle didn't breast feed them enough when they were babies. Or perhaps Gaius dropped them on their heads. Easier to just ignore /blacklist idiots than to fall into their trolling traps.
I shouldn't have to leave the area because I'm spending a ton of time there. I would go to cerulean processing plant but no one is ever there anymore and Coethers was always the most populated where I dont get my face wrecked. It is just a huge letdown. I even invited people to my weddingRight, so do I, but I've taken it a habit to not stay there for longer than two hours each session. me i only play after work so i play 4 hour to relax after work and when im on and the spot is free i go and farm ..and till i get tired. I had one only one who came to me in tell and asked to send him a tell when ill be leaving he will go to another spot and come when ill leave. he was nice so i send him a tell when i left. and waited he come before leave.Right, so do I, but I've taken it a habit to not stay there for longer than two hours each session.
