    PC to Mac Login?

    Hi All,

    I am sure I am just being extra-paranoid, but I thought I would check with the community to confirm my assumptions.

    I currently play FFXIV on Mac laptop w/ a partitioned HDD, running W7 through bootcamp. Works fine, but I don't have the space in my current partition to install the expansion when it comes around. So...

    My plan is to get the full Mac version and remove the partition, regaining that HDD space.

    There should be no issue w/ me logging in with my current character(s) on the Mac, correct? I called FFXIV support but they could not answer my question beyond "we hope to have more information on the mac version later"...

    Yes you'll be able to add Mac to your existing account (like PS4 etc), but it's not free, they've confirmed you will have to buy it (and the expansion...)
