    Cant get past "No valid service" screen after login.

    Was playing the free trial on ps4 with some friends, one of them sent me a recruitment code so I bought the game using it on the Mog station. Bought the collectors edition, and 30 day subscription. Still cant log in, keep getting the same "No valid service" screen. What have I done wrong?

    Log back into the Mog Station, how many service accounts do you have? It sounds like possibly you've applied the subscription to a new service account and not the existing one.

    If so, they have a form for correcting this:

    Unfortunately it says it might take up to two weeks to process (if it actually is this problem so be sure first so you don't waste your time!)
