0 not interested in them since way to many poines in game.. each primal should of dropped a unique mount only obtainable from that primal not just skin change the pony n give a different name.. seemed lazy to me imo

Another reason why the rng should be smart in this game, so there's a chance for equal reward for equal effort, or at least a fail safe for those who get continually slapped by bad rng. Otherwise with our luck it'll be 200+ runs in many different farm parties for one mount when another wins each in their first ten runs of each primal and goes on to get their Kirin.

Probably means like the RNG in DoTA. It's still randomly generated up to a point, but every time a proc chance happens and isn't successful, the chance of the next one passing is increased slightly. Eventually it's a guarantee the skill's effect will go off.

They have something similar to that with the dialogue choice system in SWTOR. I think it would be a great addition to the game!

I don't know how smart RNG can help with winning the roll, except to remove the roll and let it drop directly in an random lucky players inventory (like with the Triple Triad cards at the end of Trials/Dungeons).

The only thing that can help drastic with winning the roll is to play with other 7 players who find it ok to press Pass
