Did you check your junk and other folder for the email? Remember the email is case sensitive. Meaning i had a issue where i was not getting the email i call and the support told me. Your L in your @live is cap once i put my email right with the L cap i got the email.

Other reason could be you put in other email for your account and the one you trying to put for a pw reset is not the one on your account. Or it could be the case sensitive thing.
