Missing items

I have been away from the game for about a yr and a couple months. I recently came back and saw a lot of changes. some of these changes removed the 2000 philosophy stones I had as well as the 1120 mythology stones I had. I need these items back and the equivalent.

I have had mutiple tickets submitted for this issue only to get an auto response saying it is out of their scope. I have tried calling Customer service and they say to contact the GM and visa verca

They are missing because they no longer exist. The current tomestones replaced them as currency, and the gear you could obtain from Philo and Myth was added as dungeon drops.

I know you can trade your old tomes in for new ones at the same vendor, I don't know if there was a time limit on that.

Otherwise, good luck with getting the "equivalent" of currency out of use for a year now lol

Yes, there was a time limit on that - Philos are long gone (thats why they vanished completly from your "inventory") and I'm not sure if Myth could still be traded - if so you'll have to speak to Auriana in Mor Dhona...

Filling in tickets will get you nothing though I suppose - you wont get your Philos (aka some Sols for them) back because they no longer exist and it was announced a few times that they would be removed (I dont expect you to read patchnots while not playing but thats what SE will say I assume - "you have been warned"). I dont recall the exchange rate but it was very poor... like 1:10 or so? Which would mean: Your Philos would be worth 200 Myth, so 1320, so like 132 Sols... might be slightly better but I suppose you wont even get enough Sols for one piece of jewelry from that xD

Sorry to say so, but my best advice would be not to cry over spilled milk and run dungeons to get this new currency... it will stack up so fast that you wont even noticed that your old tomes are gone...
