What to do with unwanted chocobos/registrations

Hi there
Was wondering what we can currently do with unwanted chocobo registration certificates? Say for example, your 1st chocobo can breed up to 10 times, and the first 4 or 5 are not what you're looking for. Can we trade them in for items or MGP? Or are there plans to sell and trade them with other players at a later stage?

I think about this with both all of my bad offspring and coverings. It would be nice to get at least a fraction of the points back, but no, you have to throw them away.

Yeah, some MGP based on how many breedings left the retired chocobo has would be cool, but nope, at the moment all you can do is throw them away xD.

Pretty sure though, that they searching the trash for such licenses, selling them to other people. Only explanation why I get so many trashy high predigree chocobos.

Give them to Manderville Fried Chocobo of course. Godbert's secret recipe brings out the best in even the worst chocobo.

This thread really bums me out for some reason. Probably because all I can picture are people shooting their unwanted chocobos or marching them off to glue factories or rotisserie joints.

Well, the real problem is, how they treat those chocobos before. Some of them are really crippled, maybe they play football with the eggs or I don't know. It would be harsh to sent such poor birds into a race.
