Can't get White Mage Quest with Legacy Character

I recently reactivated my old 1.0 Legacy Account. I have already White Mage on Level 50, the Jobstone from 1.0 and 3 Parts of AF.
I finished all Conjurer Quests in 2.0 but can't seem to get the following Level 30 White Mage Quest.

I think this is a bug, because with my Black Mage (who is also LVL 50, has old Jobstone and 3 Parts of AF), i got
the Black Mage Quest after completing all Thaumaturge Quests.
