Now this brings me to another question, will it be added to the weekly quest or will it be a drop in WoD? Lol why can't we get more information so we can at least plan ahead.

check video discription if you dont wanna look the entire vid. it contains the important details patch 2.55 section.
Patch 2.55 will be released on 31 March 2015 and will include:
1) Final main scenario of 2.x series, which will take about 3-4 hours to finish if done non-stop.
2) Final Coil in the Duty Finder
3) World of Darkness gear restrictions removed and Encrypted Tomestone added outside of Final Coil in case you want to get the weapon you can obtain for Allagan Tomestones of Poetics.
4) MGP income will increase from Gold Saucer events and quests in case you are going after the Fenrir mount.
5) Triple Triad tournament changes to stop win trading.
6) Triple Triad NPC balancing for harder NPC's such as Rowena to make it easier.
it also wouldnt make sense to not add the tombstone at this point. they have to provide altanatives to the relic. and yes. i own a zeta myself. i still say this. because this what they always did. it makes no sense to limit anything anymore at this point since lvl cap raise makes everything we have now pointless. so they will let people enjoy gearing up before it hits. which makes sense.
Thanks for that! No one had provided me with a link before now! Although with the loot lockout being lifted from final coil I guess it didn't really matter much either way for me Q_Q.
Tbh they shouldn't drop tomes at all, not when the alternative is real raid content where it's supposed to belong anyways. They should've just added Demon weapons of ilvl 120 at 2,5, and upgrades to make them 130 now. It would've kept both the raiders and the casuals happy, plus it would've been more skins and stat variants. Now it just feels like they're giving out the stuff cheap.
Casuals and raiders , I see these everywhere. people keeps forgetting that not everyone got a static..... In others words , no everyone got access to FCOB due to not have a static. Not because people can't be bothered doing FCOB or want everything easy BUT because no everyone got a static. Just pointing this out.
And if I remember right , tomes dropped from St at this stage . You can get as many as u want because pretty sure it's gonna drop from last boss of WoD like what happened with ST.
More plausibly it will be added to the weekly quest.
Given that this is exactly how it's been since 2013 with almost every patch (where the means to obtain things became easier through nerfs, echos, tome changes, drop changes, etc), it really doesn't matter what they do on the loot ease. Let's also not forget that the expansion isn't very far off, meaning all that gear you'd obtain becomes obsolete and easy to get again anyway (as it always did with new Turn/raid/tier introductions). At this point, the feeling of eventual handouts is something you really should have already accepted with ARR as how the devs always intentionally and happily do things.Tbh they shouldn't drop tomes at all, not when the alternative is real raid content where it's supposed to belong anyways. With Heavensward though, and the mention of horizontal progression (possibly a reference to how FFXI was handled for lv75 gear progression or WoWs normal/heroic/etc modes for varied loot?), it'll likely be something that hardcore raiders will enjoy... assuming their enjoyment involves visually standing out (along with better stats) and NOT to exclusively keep everyone else significantly weaker as a whole.

Never did I say anything about gimping the non-raiders, but instead having had an alternative WoD weapon from the get-go. Although I think having the hardest content reward the best loot is a beuatiful ideal, in a semi-casual game that is not an option. I simply think raid drops should be raid exclusive. Call it vanity if you will, but at least the skins should be exclusive. With Heavensward though, and the mention of horizontal progression (possibly a reference to how FFXI was handled for lv75 gear progression or WoWs normal/heroic/etc modes for varied loot?), it\\'ll likely be something that hardcore raiders will enjoy... assuming their enjoyment involves visually standing out (along with better stats) and NOT to exclusively keep everyone else significantly weaker as a whole.
I'm looking forward to see how they actually handle it in Heavensward.![]()
